Results from Surgery Questionnaire
Some of the Patient Participation group carried out a patient questionnaire in the Surgery during August over a four week period. 333 people were asked a variety of questions which resulted in the following:
63% of Females and 37% of Males were interviewed
Age range of those interviewed was:
14% of 16 – 25 year olds
13% of 26 – 35 year olds
30% of 36 – 55 year olds
23% of 56 – 70 year olds
20% of 70+ year olds
94% of people said that they found it very easy or fairly easy to get an appointment for the time that they wanted.
97% of people said that they were able to see the Doctor or Nurse that they wanted to see.
79% of people said that they were seen on time for their appointment.
93% of people said that they found the Patient Services Team at the surgery Very or Fairly helpful.
We also asked patients what health promotion events would they like to know more about and the two main areas were Stress and Diabetes. In the near future we will be looking at running health promotion events so please see our notice board for further information.
