Please complete your prescription form and return to the Surgery. You can either pick up the prescription from the Surgery, allowing 2 working days, or the pharmacist of your choice can collect it and have it ready at the pharmacy saving you an additional journey. Please ask your pharmacist for further details of this service.
An alternative to bringing your form into the surgery is to follow the link to the secure online prescription ordering system above. Please be sure to enter all of the requested information on the form so that we can deal with your request efficiently.
You will be able to order repeat medication by prescription as long as your condition is deemed to require it by your GP. Items are removed from prescriptions by clinical staff as and when appropriate. If you order medication which is not on your repeat prescription please anticipate a delay in the prescription being authorised or the GP requesting to see you before issuing.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DEAL WITH ANY CONTRACEPTION REQUESTS OVER THE INTERNET PRESCRIPTION ORDERING SERVICE.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ITEMS YOU NEED URGENTLY VIA THE WEBSITE. PRESCRIPTIONS TAKE 48 HOURS- PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME WHEN ORDERING. IF YOU DO REQUIRE A ONE-OFF URGENT PRESCRIPTION PLEASE COME IN TO THE SURGERY TO REQUEST THIS BEFORE 3PM MON-FRI.
